Booking
Provisional Bookings: If you wish to reserve your date, you can do this by phone, email or from the Contact Simon page. These require no reservation fee and are held for up to 2 weeks.
Pre-Wedding Consultation: If you are seriously interested in me possibly being your photographer, simply pick up the phone, email me or fill out your wedding details on the Contact Simon page.
We can then arrange an informal appointment for us to meet. This can be at your convenience within the comfort of your home or at my couples studio, where I present to you examples of my work and discuss which package is most suitable (if not decided upon). It is also an opportunity to guide your ideas and answer any questions you may have.
I am not a salesman and there is no obligation or pressure for you to book my services. Appointments tend to take at least 20 min’s. If you prefer, I am happy to discuss matters over the phone or by email.
You will likely have a budget. I will respect this, helping you keep to it and will point out how to get the most from it.
Feel free to contact me at any time. So if ever you feel unsure about anything relating to your wedding, not just the photography, I am more than happy to give some guidance.
Booking Reservation: Simply forward the completed Booking Form from the link below by email or post with the necessary booking reservation fee.

Contract: In providing you with a professional service and with your wedding being one of the most important days of your life, there is the need to forward you a contract so as to safeguard your confidence in my commitment to you as being both reliable and professional. This will be forwarded to you and needs to be returned to me by post within 28 days of the date of the booking reservation fee being made.
Abbreviated Wedding Notes for the Photographer: Please forward this form to me when you have all or most of these details finalized for your wedding day.
